Server settings

When the network expands as the company grows, we always recommend that customers set up a server on the network. Because the server can unify all data and centralize the authority of different departments and employees on the network.

For example, the financial folder seen by colleagues in the accounting department contains many confidential documents, and other colleagues are not allowed to access them. In a short time, we can restrict the folder to only the accounting department colleagues to use and change, and other colleagues do not even have access to the authority.

In terms of security, the server can also be used for supervision. In other words, with a server, we can know if any employee is reading the company’s confidential files during non-office hours or verifying whether the employee attempts to use other passwords to try to access other restricted information, etc.
